At the age of nineteen, Sir Edmund, third son of an English earl, discovers a taste for spanking, submission, and dominant men. Caught on his knees in his father's stables, his backside marked by the whip and his lips around a stable hand's member, he is banished to Louisiana, to pursue the sugar planter's trade. Shipwrecked and marooned on a Caribbean island, he falls under the spell of Matthew, a common seafaring man and sometime pirate. Alone on a desert beach with the handsome giant, Edmund learns to accept Matthew's dominance, and soon finds himself falling in love. He begins his transformation into his rescuer's devoted wife, but when he learns Matthew plans to betray his trust with the Creole witch and brothel keeper Mistress Reid, he escapes into the jungle, and into a world of lust and adventure among the wild buccaneers. There is even the hint of a transgender story, Edmund is so willing to please his master of the moment that he changes his looks to appear as a woman, and maybe he would have even considered a sex change (rudimental and quite dangerous). Sure, at that point the reader is questioning how much is Edmund’s sexual fantasy and how much can be considered real (I propend for the first hypothesis).
In any case, even when he is in the most dangerous situation, Edmund approached everything like he was taking a sexy escapade from reality, always sure his noble parents will rescue him sooner or later, and when that happens, well, it’s almost a bummer to Edmund, who was enjoying the freedom of the Buccaneer Island, especially the sexual freedom.
