Combined lists of best lists

I don't know if someone's mentioned lists that have been combined but I've found a few. The best one I found is actually a website using a combination of 43 best of book lists but a lot of the lists are from various book awards or within a certain time frame. It's still my favorite and my goal is to read the first 100 on it:

I created my own with about 50-60 different lists in a database.
