Am I correct in assuming that a user's email displays in a review that appears in a LTFL review if they have "show email on profile" enabled?
This may be splitting hairs, I'm not sure that most would think a review going to another site would be part of their profile.
If I am incorrect in my assumption - where is it pulling the email from?

Where are you seeing the e-mail address?
Using your library's catalog as an example, you can have your own patrons create an account -- which then have "names" but not e-mail address visible

or you can have reviews pulled from LibraryThing, but as shown in your catalog, they are anonymous ("LibraryThing.com review")

Of course, if someone created a username that was an e-mail address, that would make it look like the address was visible.
