about how many people would rather LIVE the book than read it.
If so, then WHAT kind of book would/should you prefer to LIVE?

Your jargon, "live the book", it is rather vague, what
kind of information or feedback you are trying to gather?
Do you meant that the internet is much faster than
reading a "hard-copy" book ? Yes, the internet is super
fast by giving us free online text of rare books, ebooks
and free non-fiction and fiction books (selected titles)
and classics (literature).
I will look for the "out-of-print" books - fiction and non-fiction.
