Most of the Turkey books listed in BFF are listed as "seized" rather than banned. Considering the author of the first book is (atleast according to Wikipedia and I vaguely remember reading this elsewhere) the sole occupant of an island prison guarded by 1000 soldiers - I'm guessing his book is really banned.
I don't mind creating a new tag or doing so for now and we can consider combining down the road if folks don't really want to think about this now :-).

Hmmm...good question, good question. I can see it going either way, really. My vote (for now) is to create a new tag as it seems to be subtly different than banning. Plus, if we decide otherwise, it'll be really easy to combine. Not so easy to separate out after the fact. Might change my mind tomorrow. :-)

I would agree with Phoenix. It is sooo easy to go into the tag page and just change all of the seized to banned if we later decide it is useless. I say use 'seized' right now.
