I can use it to flag any review with that Goodreads link code (e.g., b:Speaker for the Dead|7967|Speaker for the Dead (Ender's Saga, #2)|Orson Scott Card|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1295660894l/7967._SY75_.jpg|2327777) or any review where the reviewer mentions they can't give half-stars, or any other thing that makes it clear they wrote the review on GR and copied it to LT verbatim.
The flag doesn't even have to do anything, really, I just want the satisfaction of clicking it.

You see something similar on reviews that are cut-and-pasted from the person's Amazon review.

So why would we want to single out people escaping Goodreads or make people feel unwelcome when they had not had a chance (or wish to) fix their links/references?

I review on here and Goodreads, and I love that I can insert simple book links on Goodreads reviews. I frequently forget to clean up my reviews when I copy/paste them over here onto LT. Too bad touchstones don't work in reviews.

I was being tongue-in-cheek here; I do not think this is an actual flag that LT should implement. That GR link code is nasty, though!

Maybe Goodreads links could be automatically converted to touchstones. Two improvements in one.

>1 Stevil2001: How do you give half-stars here?
11gilroy
Click on the the star once for a full star
Click it a second time to make it a half.
Click it a third time to clear it.

>13 Aquila: I've long thought there should be a help page to tell you how to find the help page with the help you are actually looking for.

I'm pretty sure I discovered it by accidentally rating a book and then trying to figure out how to un-rate it.
