I uploaded the cover of the leaflet "We Must Work for Peace" by David Lloyd George.
It has been flagged as "not a cover", and some editors have voted to support the flag.
I asked the flagger why he did it, but he hasn't answered.

I can't find the flagged cover. You would need to give a URL of the cover itself I think.

If you go to the book in his library you see it, but still can't get to it.

It's on the right book. It shows up normally at the left when I look at it, but not in the "Popular covers" part.
If you can't see it then I think that's because too many people wrongly voted for the flag.
I don't know how to give a url of the cover.

I think you need to ask staff for help.

>1 DuncanHill: Some people are of the opinion that a title page can't be a cover. I disagree. Pamphlets and such are a clear example of the fact that they can be.
Generally I don't vote on those proposals at all, but I added a no vote now.

I normally vote yes for books that have covers to push them down the list when there are a lot of covers available, but there's no reason to flag this one at all since it is 'cover'. Added the no vote. But even flagged, should anyone enter the pamphlet, they would still be able to use it (and for your own use it makes no difference whatsoever, as long as you don't chose another one, it will be there as your cover).
