Broken percentage pie chart on Local Members page

On the Local Members page:

In the sidebar "How this works", the last line gives a percentage of members with location set. This currently shows as:
22.3% with location set
The bug is: there used to be a simple pie chart next to the text in the sidebar to illustrate the percentage, but this has broken and as a result the 22.3% appears a second time as text, with a thin ellipse line around it, overlapping the other text.

I'm not seeing this at the moment, on Chrome (Mac). Is it still broken for you? If so, what browser and OS (operating system) are you using (e.g. Google Chrome, version 90 and Windows 7, etc.)?
