Mass upload workaround - mass moving of fields

Hello,
New user here, so please be kind if this has been covered before. I've got a spreadsheet with about 5000 lines that I would like to mass upload. The allowed fields are are limited to - 'TITLE' 'AUTHOR (last, first)' 'DATE' 'ISBN' 'PUBLICATION INFO' 'TAGS' 'RATING' 'REVIEW' 'DATE READ' 'PAGE COUNT' 'CALL NUMBER'
I can mostly make this work, but I have a lot of good (and varied) data in a comments field on my spreadsheet, and I can't load mass load that field.
My workaround would be to load it to the 'Review' field and then do a mass move over to 'Comments'. Is there a way to accomplish this?
