I'm in the Borderlands with Elliot in In Other Lands.

I am finding out Sixteen Ways to Defend a Walled City.

Back in Amber & its shadows, having just finished Nine Princes in Amber. I enjoyed it, but to my disappointment it seemed -- thinner, maybe -- than I remembered. The imagery is still vivid, and the action continuous. I just checked, and the last time I read the series was 14 years ago. I'll be interested to see my reaction to the next book; as I remember, The Guns of Avalon was never a favorite of mine in the series.

I still love the idea of the Pattern.

I am spending time in Tigana. It is another re-read for me where I know I loved the book when I read it decades ago, but have very little memory of the actual plot, so it's practically a brand new read.

>9 Cecrow: I reread Song for Arbonne a few years back for exactly that reason. :) It's always been my "official" favorite GGK book, but I didn't really remember it anymore.

I still loved it, overall... but there is some really offputting sexual content and treatment of women that I was definitely cringing at, so I'm glad I re-read to be aware of that if I ever go to recommend it to anyone ever again.

Finally completing my Wheel of Time journey with New Spring.

Still in Haven with Beltur

I'm in Egypt re-reading Necropolis by Jordan Hawk. Also in Salem attempting to read The House of the Seven Gables although I don't think it could be considered "fantasy".

I am off to Hogwarts for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

I'm back in Mossflower, now with Mariel of Redwall

Finished the L.E. Modesitt, Jr. novel The Mage-Fire War and left Candar for sci-fi on Earth with the light hearted Robert Heinlein juvenile The Star Beast. Dear Lummox!

I'm on the island of Hy-Brasil with The magician's daughter.

Finished Into the Riverlands by Nghi Vo. Enjoyed.

About to jump into Nicola Griffith's Spear for a book group. I don't pursue much Arthurian stuff these days, but I'll read anything by Griffith.

Bopping around LA in A Mom, A Wand, And A Mission.  So much for moving away from California, huh? ^^;

I'm in Cairo with A Master of Djinn. I thought this was a sci-fi novel but it's decidedly fantasy.

Doing a re-read of The Warrior Lives, in Joel Rosenberg's Ehvenor. Unfortunately, this is one of the weaker books in the series.

Also back to the cosmere with The Lost Metal

Finished New Spring. It was nice going back to (pre) Rand land. The book was a bit light on plot (it is basically just Moiraine's Siuan's and Lan's backstories), but I'm pretty sure that Jordan intended this book to be the first in a series of prequels.

>33 drmamm:, hmm, I've read some version of that without realizing. The description says it's the expanded form of a story he contributed to the Legends anthology. Read that about fifteen years ago, still on my shelf someplace.
