LibraryThing has a very nice new recommendations algorithm. I propose taking that existing algorithm and applying it to books already in my catalog, specifically in the "To read" collection (a default collection), to tell me what books from my own catalog are most recommended for me.
Kind of like how "What should you borrow?" shows books that are in another user's catalog that are recommended for me, but within my own catalog.

There is https://www.librarything.com/random.php?type=yourbooks (part of the LibraryThing Roulette" (the "Book of Yours" line) which is usually hiding in Folly in Home (unless you moved it)). It cannot be filtered so it looks at the whole library but if you click on it enough times, it will get to an unread book).
PS: Ah, you want it to order them and not just randomly pick a title from your TBR. Never mind :)

This is an intriguing idea. I can see it working both "forward" and "in reverse":
"What should I read next" might mean, "What in my To Read collection is most like the rest of my library," i.e. basically applying the recommendation criteria "forward" to prioritize books To Read that best match my catalog as a whole. The tendency here would be toward specialization and consistency.
But it might mean "What in my To Read collection"--already designated by me as worth my eventual attention--"is least like the rest of my library," i.e. the "reverse" to prioritize books To Read that will best help to expand my universe of reading. This application would drive for variety and novelty.

I liked the old "unrecommender" or whatever it was called. It be cool to run the recs algorithm on my collection and see which books stick out the most as not belonging with the rest.
