Replying to more than one thread

I’ve notice some members being able to reply to more than one me,ber in one post.
Eg
24 my name
With my post showing
>21 >member name
Blah blah

.23 > member name.
Blah …

I understand how to reply to a single person but how does one manage this, as many times I’ve needed to do something like this.

No, just type the > and the message number. The computer knows what member it is.
