"Solondzian" Writing?

I'm looking for books/stories/authors that have a sensibility similar to that of Todd Solondz. I hate to use terms like "dark humor" because "darkly funny" is perhaps the most book-jacketed phrase of all time, and what that generally actually means is "middling dramady" -- "darkly" dampens "funny" to create something with an ostensibly "mature" tone. I am emphatically not looking for that. I hesitate to put words to describe what I'm looking for -- as If you're familiar with Solondz's work, you know what I'm after (another tonal cousin might be the first half-hour of the film "World's Greatest Dad") -- but I would describe it as humorous works in which a bottomless well of near-instinctive callousness is endlessly directed against weakness/innocence. I don't want any sort of redemption arc, and I am already familiar with Sade. Any suggestions?
As a disclaimer, I promise you that I'm not going to end up on the 7 o'clock news one day.

EDIT: Maybe Tampa approaches this?
