Ticker help please

I have tried Ticker Factory on three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, even Edge) on my laptop and on Safari on my phone, and on all of them it continually refreshes and I can't select a ticker. Would someone be able to set one up for me??? I am aiming for 12 ROOTs.

If someone else makes one for you it's impossible to change it because you have to log in with your own username.

Ah, that's tricky. I have occasionally managed to get it to work, but I don't know why.

Pushing F5 (Refresh) does not work for you? Or leave and return?

F5 did not work for me, but my husband disabled some Java stuff and now I have a ticker! Thanks for trying to help :-)

I asked him what he did, so that I could help others, and he just claimed to have opened another tab (after having the same refreshing problem), so who knows why it worked!

I updated my ticker today, got the refreshing problem, opened another tab and it was fine! So maybe opening another tab is the answer?

That could be it. I really don't know much about that kind of things. Perhaps it is the browser you use?
