best and worst animes

what is the best/worst anime or manga series in ur opinion?

Worst...? That vampire/human slice-of-life-but-maybe-not series about the loli/catgirl preteens engaged to adult men, who are obviously pedophiles struggling to wait until marriage to do anything to the girls except offer their blood. And this is all... supposed to be fine with everyone in the story? I saw the anime, which I think is based on manga, on Funimation a long while ago. The plot was a mess, the characters were disturbing but not well developed, and the moods were all over the place. Then at the end was this mindf*** episode that might have destroyed a bunch of brain cells. I convinced my husband to watch the entire anime with me, because I didn't understand what the it was. He hasn't forgiven me.

Best Three of my favorites: Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood for the anime), Blue Exorcist, and Library Wars
