>1 farun: My opinion is that any fandom centered around a single franchise tends to be obsessive, exclusionary, and aggressive toward minority opinions. So... yeah, cringey and toxic if you get too deep into the groups. I try to avoid spending too much reading the opinions about the works I love.

I'm not in the same spaces, but I doubt MHA fans act any different as a whole than other fandoms do.
