Hello all, I am in the states and looking to buy the Everyman's Shakespeare volumes. It seems they do not come in a boxed set sadly so I am picking them up individually. One thing seems odd to me though, tragedies volume 2 seems t not match the rest of the volumes (at least from what I am seeing online). Can anyone shed light on this?

Mine look the same from the outside. What have you noticed that is different about this volume?

>2 RRCBS: From the images I am seeing online the tragedies #2 has a different dust jacket. I'm not that bothered as long as they are the same underneath.

>3 L.Bloom: oh ok. I always toss my Everyman DJ’s…mine all look the same underneath.

>6 DMulvee: Everyman's Library has been changing the look of their dust jackets over time. But the cloth bound boards have maintained the same look since the re-launch in the 1990s.

>7 Fymido_Lenito: Only once. The relaunch in 1991 had plain covers that were cream in colour, this was then replaced with the reddish binding that had a photo of the author for the contemporary classics, or artworks for the classics. These have only been slowly introduced when reprinting occurs or in the newly issued volumes, but I don’t think that the Shakespeare’s should look different (mine don’t)

>8 DMulvee: The only other difference I see is that the gilt on the spines has a slightly different pattern on the US versions--a full band rather than thin lines.
