>2 lilithcat: It appears to be Decatur, Georgia, judging from the sponsorships by Emory University and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The real question is: are you a Sufjan Stevens fan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=694Ok4_8kCg) or a Twilight Singers Fan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ppefeh3HWQ)?

Yes, Decatur, Georgia. But, programming for summer series is virtual and accessible around the globe. Times are EDT. The name is what it is, it started as a very local festival but has grown over the years to be one of the largest in the country.
