Greek history/romance vampire hybrid

The book was red and had gold writing on the front and some kind of emblem. I believe the word started with an M, but I’m not sure. I read this book 2 years ago and I can’t remember the title or the author, but I know the author is is a female and this book is part of her series. The book’s audience is adult. Definitely historical romance/action/Greek or Roman themes.
The story begins with the main character’s (who’s a male) childhood, and his father is the king of I believe a Roman or Greek country. He is of some sort of hybrid/vampire and has to feast on blood in order to eat. He grows up and meets multiple women and lives through different time periods. The very end of the book is based on the present time, and he has a girlfriend named Phoebe and he turns her into a vampire. Phoebe then dies in the book because she didn’t feast in time. Can anyone help me find this book? I believe it was written around 2017-2018.
