So, Steve Bannon and three others have been indicted for running a scam called "We Build the Wall". Apparently there's $25 million worth of people out there stupid enough to give money just to these guys... there's no telling how much went to others running the same scheme.
Of course, this makes me think, if conservatives are so desperate to throw their money away, it's going to be hard for them to argue that taxes are too high in the next congressional session.
(Anyone interested in a little side bet on how long before it comes out that Trump was in line for a cut of that scheme?)

Again: "Steve Bannon charged with money laundering, conspiracy in 'We Build the Wall' fundraising fraud case" | NBC News
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/former-trump-adviser-steve-bannon...
Bannon is accused of laundering $140,000 of the money donors to the scheme were told would go only to construction and not to the salary of We Build the Wall's president.
Then a White House aide, Bannon was one of the 143 people pardoned on the last day of Donald Trump's presidency for similar charges.
However, as NBC reports, "Presidential pardons only apply to federal cases, meaning New York is not prohibited from pursuing similar charges."

Stop the Steal’ Organizer Apologizes After Being Accused of Asking Teen Boys for D*ck Pics
On Friday night, Alexander—who was questioned by the House January 6th Committee about his role organizing a canceled rally dubbed the “Wild Protest” outside the Capitol, which drew crowds to the building right before the riot began—issued a statement Friday offering a general apology.
“I apologize for any inappropriate messages sent over the years,” Alexander wrote, adding later, “When I’ve flirted or others have flirted with me, I’ve flexed my credentials or dropped corny pick up lines. Other times, I’ve been careless and should’ve qualified those coming up to me’s (sic) identities during flirtatious banter at the start.”
