What are you reading to keep your primal urges at bay?

Some of us read erotic literature, gay page-turners, and even porn to read the eloquent writing and learn writing techniques, others might have other reasons. Generally, I'm in the latter group.

I've read some of the freebie stories online. Some of them are impressive, but most of them I don't bother to finish and probably not for the reason you might be thinking.

I would like to try something with a bit of a story line and a purpose other than needing to call in a cleaning crew. Any suggestions?
