One problem with the hidden (spoiler) approach is we don't have a cumulative answer list so I've started one here:
A: Chartres; Wind, Sand, and Stars; Chateaubriand's Memoirs from Beyond the Tomb; In Xanadu; St Peter's Umbrella
B: The Quest for Corvo; Under Milkwood; The Shooting Party; British Myths & Legends; How to See Fairies
C: A General History of the Robberies & Murders of the Most Notorious Pirates; Rosetta Stone; A High Wind in Jamaica; Letterpress Shakespeare Comedy; English Eccentrics
D: William Allingham: The Diaries; Mass Observation Britain in WW2; As I Walked Out one Midsummer Morning; English Journey; Charing Cross Road
It looks like everything is solved

That's because there aren't any more! :-D
I tried to do this purely from memory, without looking at any of my books. I managed 9, which is pretty appalling given I own 13 of them! I always get confused which "war" book bindings are which, as many of them are similar!

Well, me, I tend to rely on what I can remember. And a look at my shelves. So I generally do very badly in these quizzes, lol :-)

B2 I think, based on Warwick's list of book series entries (and the corresponding picture from Warwick's library), that the cover is for Knossos, not Troy. Although the picture is quite small, it looks like the palace.
For A4 I could just about read Hanover Square on the label, and it looked a bit like an concert advertising bill. I remembered reading that Haydn premiered many of the London symphonies at the Hanover Square Rooms. That sent me looking for anything that might be about that.

Not a good one for me: I only recognised three (and one of them was only as 'one of the Hardys').
But: They published Berlioz's memoirs? I must track down a copy of that :-)

Your reliable sources are not entirely wrong :) I've been collecting Folios (and only Folios) for over 40 years and in that time (even more so since I retired) I have gathered a large collection. It is not complete but it's more or less as complete as I want it. I'm not interested in Marvel comic books or some other ventures of the last fifteen years or so. What I can't do is name a cover from Warwick's quizzes simply by recall. I recognise many of them but to attach a name I'd have to search through a lot of books, spread over two houses (space in the second donated kindly by a cousin) and by the time I did that next month's competition will have started! So I'm just pleased the title came to me quickly and I could participate, for once.
