After reading the sonnet High Flight posted by librorumamans it seemed to me to have that feel good factor and led me to think about the books I have read recently. There are very few that make feel happy, joyful, delighted, or even hopeful. There are plenty of books that I am glad to have finished but that's another story. There are also many books that I find fascinating, interesting, thoughtful or captivating, but that not the same as those rare books that make feel uplifted. here is my very short list:

Le Grand Meulnes - Alain Fournier

Love Again - Doris Lessing

Platero and I - Juan Ramon Jiménez

Jules Verne - From the earth to the moon

I guess I am not looking to read many books that make me feel good.

>1 baswood: Me too for Le Grand Meaulnes.

For a long time in my early adulthood I annually read The Secret Garden in an old edition with lovely colour plates, as a restorative.

It is a difficult one.
The Champagne list at Anselme Selosse's restaurant made me feel good but besides that...?

Dandelion Wine and a lot of other Bradbury works have that feel good, wholesome vibe, I think.

I listened to Hole in My Shoe once, a week ago I guess, and it resurfaced today...I had a hard time locating the source...

Agree with Dandelion Wine mention - another I've always associated with it, Winesburg, Ohio
