I'm reading the last two installments of Gene Wolfe's The Book of the New Sun, Sword & Citadel.
6Narilka
I'm back with Eli for The Spirit Eater.
7Jarandel
I'm on The Stone Road in fantasy not-Imperial-China, through the end and the aftermath of a war between two provinces. About 2/3 in, quite good.
8Unreachableshelf
I'm in Dinetah in Storm of Locusts.

Hmm. 7 May where I am. But I can't buy Empire of grass yet....
Who gets to say when it's 7 May?

>9 cremorn: Ok I did make it back to Tad William's Osten Ard. It's very good here. I do worry about thread proliferation though...

Just got back from a trip to Lankhmar with Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser in Swords in the Mist. Very good to meet up with old friends and I'd forgotten how witty the books are.

Finished The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction July/August 2018 edited by C. C. Finlay. Overall, I liked this issue.
14Narilka
It's back to the Council Kingdoms for The Spirit War.

Been having a bit of a reading slump where it's taking me forever to get through anything, even when I'm loving the book in question, but I've finally finished up my last read and am now in 1920-ish London with Lolly Willowes.
So far, it seems like this may end up being more of a classic-literature/feminist book that happens to have witchcraft in it rather than traditional fantasy, but I've developed a bit of an interest in exploring female fantasy authors from the first half of the 20th century, and this falls into that general area of exploration.

On my break I'll be heading back to Chicago and Cainsville in Cruel Fate.
19Sakerfalcon
I'm hanging out with The black wolves of Boston.

Finished The Death of the Necromancer by Martha Wells. Although it is a fairly good read, it is my least favorite Wells book. I think part of that is due to real life getting in the way of enjoying my reading.

Investigating the city of Weep in Strange the Dreamer.
23Narilka
I'm visiting the Council Kingdoms for the last time for Spirit's End.
