I know Vivian Felsen- she gave some great talks to my book club- I also read the book Jacob Isaac Segal -it really gives a detailed account of the Yiddish Literary scene in Montreal .

The winner for fiction is The Red Word by Henstra, non fiction Mamaskatch by Darrel J. McLeod, poetry Wayside Sang by Cecily Nicholson and translation Descent into Night by Edem Awumey.
