The zeitgeist doesn't appear to capture this in any sort of ranking, unless I've missed it? Do we know which reviewers have earned the highest average number of thumbs? Perhaps it's best not to appeal to anybody's competitive nature, else we might have sock puppets thumbing one another's efforts.

You'll probably find that the person with the highest average has posted a single review that says "Harry Potter rocks" (or possibly one that says "no" and one that says "meh"...). I don't think you can evaluate quality of reviews statistically.

Thumbs do not indicate success. They indicate popular reviewers who review popular books and post links to them in high-traffic groups.
