Do any LT members collect Boni and Liveright Modern Library editions? And can anyone tell me where I can learn more about them? Thank you Susan Dichter

Help! Have tried to join the Modern Library list (thank you benjclark) and am told my password/name are incorrect; nor can I reach the fellow (Krieger?) who is supposed to help with such problems. Would appreciate any suggestions as to how to surmount what look like catch-22 obstacles. Susan Dichter

I borrowed the following from the Silver Stallion/James Branch Cabell website:
"Today, Modern Library editions are very popular with collectors, and ML scholarship has advance markedly since Hall published his bibliography in 1974. A DESCRIPTIVE BIBLIOGRAPHY OF THE MODERN LIBRARY 1917 - 1970, by George M. Andes, is the best known "academic" bibliography of The Modern Library's publications, while Henry Toledano's THE MODERN LIBRARY PRICE GUIDE 1917-2000, is written for the specialist Modern Library collector. In addition to these book length works, Dr. Gordon (Barry) Neavill, Professor of Library Science at Wayne State University, has published a number of articles on The Modern Library in scholarly journals...
There are also several excellent ML websites: ModernLib - Collecting the Modern Library http://www.modernlib.com/index.html, run by webmaster Scot Kamins; Modern Library Dust Jackets and Bindings 1917-1939 http://makingmaps.owu.edu/modernlibrary/mlfind.html, webmaster John Krygier; and The Amenities of Modern Library Collecting http://modernlib.com/General/user/index.pl, webmaster Ron Holl."
