Any writers out there have suggestions on how to boost the number of reviews on Amazon? My latest book is time-sensitive and I could use some ideas on strategy to get more reviews ASAP!

What worked for you?

Thanks

Yes I'd like to know the same thing. How does one find reviewers on here also?

Here? Get your publisher to offer the book in the Early Reviewers program.

If you don't have a publisher, or your publisher isn't interested, you can try the Member Giveaway instead.

Try goodreads and become a goodreads author. Then offer PDF's or DRM free eBook copies in exchange for an honest review. Sometimes it works, but it is slow going. You can go to books similar to yours on Amazon, check the reviews/reviewers, and if they have an email address posted, email them and ask them to review your book. I have had some success with that. For instance, my book "Warzone: Nemesis" is a military sci-fi book, so I concentrated on ppl who reviewed Star Trek novels. I made a list of the ones who had the highest rankings/above 400,000 and emailed them. I had some success. I started after my book had been self-published for a year with only 6 reviews. Hard work has netted me nine more. Some reviews revealed that my book needed more work. So... It drove me to write first the third edition of my work, and now the fourth. All negative criticism isn't bad.
