Mini-meetup in Bryn Mawr?

Jim (magicians_nephew) and I are going to see the Branaugh film of 'MacBeth' at 1PM in Bryn Mawr the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Is anyone interested in joining us, either just for brunch or for the film as well? We'd love to see other LTers in the area.

Maybe. I found out today that my hope for a four day weekend has been dashed. Still, I often go into Philadelphia between Thanksgiving and Christmas for a round of browsing the museum stores, and this would fit right in. Around what time were you thinking for brunch?

I need to find out what is available near the theatre. Originally, I thought we would have a car, but I think every car in the country has been rented already. I'll check with my brother, who lives nearby, and let you know. Film is at 1PM. If there is a nice place nearby, I would plan for 10:30-11AM.

Saw your thread post re location and time, and I’ll regretfully pass. Combo of time squeeze because I’m working today, and trying to coordinate with the train (which is on reservation-only Thanksgiving schedule).

Ah, too bad. The trains are inferred on reserve only. We saw s couple denied seats ay ardmore, even though the train was not full at the time,because the central booking office was controlling all the seats.

BTW, Jim saw that I be booked the 3:41 train back by mistake, and I was worried that we wouldn't be able to change it. But it was easy to do,and we even got a refund on the fare!
