Personally I wish we could simply flag Amazon provided covers, at least as inapplicable. (Though of course that's all moot as long as cover flagging doesn't actually do anything).

I don't know why Amazon didn't pay attention to your report, because I've had generally quite good, and quick, responses to my feedback.

I reported those images yesterday, and have just been informed by Amazon that they are going to remove them. It should take a day or so. I'll check back.

So how do we report images to Amazon? (and isn't there SOME way to remove offensive ones from LT)?
Just ran across a couple questionables attached to this work of feminist criticism:

First, you must have an account at Amazon. Then, to report an error, just go to the page on Amazon with the erroneous cover or other information. At the bottom of the page, you'll see " Would you like to update product info, give feedback on images, or tell us about a lower price?" Click on the appropriate link and you'll be taken to a form with which you can report the error.

It's good that Amazon does that, and I'm sure it will help some. But sometimes Amazon is quite right in having a certain cover attached to an ISBN, while it's still not applicable to the work in question.
This series page - http://www.librarything.com/series/Archaeologia+Mundi - is a thorn in my side because of Amazon provided pictures. Eight out of fifteen covers have no relation to that series whatsoever, while for most of them perfectly good member uploaded covers are available. However: they're all due to the publisher of the German language version of those books reusing the ISBNs. So Amazon is not at fault here. I would SO love to be able to flag those pictures as inapplicable.
P.s.: Not quite on topic. Sorry about that.
