What should be done with author urls which are lists?

Hi! http://www.librarything.com/author/hackegiovannidiloren
is a list of two authors: Axel Hacke and Giovanni di Lorenzo. I added them at relations.
However author urls are 20 characters only. From longer lists only a part of the information is stable. With many addition the url gets ambiguous.

There is a "Touchstones" bug here. LT should generate:
Giovanni di Lorenzo should generate http://epo.librarything.com/author/giovannidilorenzo&norefer=2
Lorenzo, Giovanni di should generate http://epo.librarything.com/author/lorenzogiovannidi&norefer=2
Di Lorenzo, Giovanni should generate http://epo.librarything.com/author/dilorenzogiovanni&norefer=2
The first one does not exist at this moment. (Does not exist means there is no CK, there are no books / works and no links.
I generated the second one manualy, added the "Canonical name" and combined it.
The third url was there already / was created before today.
It seams that "Touchstones" is looking at more outdated database information then /search.php?search=Giovanni+Lorenzo&searchtype=authorname
