It's a harder decision than I thought. A while through Mockingjay my opinions just went opposite of what they were.
I know I'll get some angry replies for saying this, but I'm going to have to vote Snow.
He choked to dead laughing for crying out loud!
I'm not saying I like him, but I prefer him over Coin.

snow: smells of blood and roses, drinks poison, and reminds me of my math teacher....
coin: kills children

im totally going with snow

maaliskuu 17, 2011, 3:37pm

snow kills children too, just for the record (i.e THE HUNGER GAMES)

maaliskuu 17, 2011, 10:36pm

well duh but he didnt start them, plus he does tell the truth
plus he just makes a w ay cooler evil person than coin, coin is lame

maaliskuu 17, 2011, 10:58pm

well he does support the games.
just pointing it out that he does kill kids, like coin.

maaliskuu 18, 2011, 9:21pm

Neither. Both are power-hungry, evil, total-domination-of-the-world psychopaths who kill children and use others to their ulterior motive.

Also don't forget Snow supporters, he tortured Peeta.
And Coin caused Prim's death.

Its evil all the way.

maaliskuu 19, 2011, 12:23pm

That's why it's so hard... But you have to choose...
That's kinda the whole point...

maaliskuu 19, 2011, 4:54pm

i still say that coin is lame.....
she fails as an evil person

maaliskuu 25, 2011, 11:55am

Well she doesn't fail at being evil; she's DEFINATELY evil, but yeah I agree, snows way cooler

huhtikuu 7, 2011, 8:13pm

Coin died! Yay! (i'm really late, but i just finished Mockingjay)

heinäkuu 9, 2011, 11:56am

I can't stand either of them, but the whole 13th district thing was pretty lame in my opinion. It was pretty random.

heinäkuu 19, 2011, 2:08pm

If I have to choose who is worse in level of evilness, I'd say Coin. Snow.....yes, he was completely terrible. But he didn't want another rebellion and the only way he knew to keep everything in order was the Hunger Games. But he tortured Peeta too. And worse.

Coin. She connived, and plotted, SHE KILLED PRIM!? This, in my opinion, is completely unforgivable. To murder the very people fighting for *your* cause? Just so Katniss, the symbol of rebellion, would never take the place of leader, broken as it was?

I don't know. I certainly don't think Coin is a 'lame villain' and....I don't know.

I would say the most evil of the two would be Snow. He continued the Hunger Games, which was responsible for killing hundreds of kids, threatened to murder everyone Katniss cared about if she didn't make people believe she was truly in love with Peeta, sold the winners of the Hunger Games into prostitution, had Seneca Crane killed for allowing Katniss and Peeta to both live, and murdered his own allies to prevent them from becoming enemies in the future.

While Coin was evil herself, she had a ways to go to get to Snow's level, although had she lived, she probably could have.

i vote snow. i mean, i hate him as much as the next person, but coin was over the top.

Muokkaaja: toukokuu 3, 2012, 12:46pm

Ive got to vote Snow too. While Coin was evil, I d not think her motives were all that bad. I think that she really believed she was doing the right thing. Still totally unforgiveable, but Snow had worse motives is what I guess I'm trying to say.

tammikuu 28, 2012, 11:39am

Snow was aware that he was being evil but coin thought that she was the ideal president

huhtikuu 29, 2012, 11:19pm

Snow is deff better!!! At least he didn't kill Prim!

helmikuu 10, 2013, 6:30pm

Snow so better
And does ANYONE prefer Coin?

helmikuu 23, 2013, 9:30pm

Snow was open about his evilness

helmikuu 25, 2013, 10:36pm

But even if he was open about his evilness doesn't make him any less or more evil than Coin...they both wanted kids/teens to die in an arena by killing others. They were both dictators. I'd say they are equally guilty. I dislike them both the same.

also I admit #13 has good points
