Tietoja minustaPhillip Frey grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, where he performed as a child actor at The Cleveland Playhouse. He later moved to New York where he performed with The New York Shakespeare Festival, followed by The Repertory Theater of Lincoln Center.
Phillip Frey's history includes professional actor, produced screenwriter and writer/director of three short films, one of which showed at the New York Film Festival. He is now devoted only to writing prose.
The books "Dangerous Times" and "Hym and Hur" were his first published works of fiction. He has since had the privilege of having stories appear in various journals and anthologies, such as:
500 Miles Magazine, Alcyone Journal, Bindweed Magazine, Dark Dossier Magazine, Florida English Journal, Nebo Journal, Perspectives Magazine, Phenomenal Literature Journal, Slow the Pace (anthology), Suspense Magazine, The Minnesota Review, What Doesn't Kill You (anthology), and Whatever Our Souls Journal.
