I enjoy reading mostly fantasy and historical fiction, but I also like to read memoirs. I've read all the Chronicles of Narnia, all the Prydain Chronicles, all the Harry Potters, and all His Dark Materials. There are many more fantasy books I've read as well. As for memoirs, my favorite of them is Alex: The Life of a Child by Frank Deford, in which the author chronicles the life of his daughter, Alex, who has cystic fibrosis. It's a sad but moving story that anyone should read.

I'm 24 years old. I have two younger sisters, two parents, a dog, and a cat. I'm engaged to be married and will be celebrating the happy day Labor Day weekend 2009. My fiance, Jason, also likes to read. I'm currently writing a memoir about my battle with cancer at age fifteen. I'm hoping it'll get published someday.
