About My Library
I own very few books. Most of the books listed on this site are books I have borrowed from my local library. I read 126 books last year, which were practically all checked out from the library or loaned from a friend. If I had bought all those books on Amazon, it would have totaled over $1600, not including the price of shelves to hold them all. So. . . I LOVE my local library!!!

There's never enough time to read!

About Me
I'm a wife and mother of three children, who have all now graduated from high school. I have worked at home as a part-time ophthalmic transcriptionist for twenty-five years, and I have a daily habit of exercise and fairly healthful eating. I love singing in my church's choir, and I am crazy about playing board and card games.

I am trying to vary the types of books I read, but I especially have enjoyed mysteries and biographies/autobiographies lately. I don't care for Russian fiction, fantasies, science fiction, and horror stories.
I'm a horrible writer, so please bear with (or ignore) my reviews!

Check out my blog if you want to see my self-portrait mosaic of a pool of 550 LT book cover pictures: http://jennifer-jennifersspot.blogspot.com/.

"I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.” (Groucho Marx)

"The thought that my dear Heavenly Father is always near, giving me abundantly of all those things, which truly enrich life and make it sweet and beautiful, makes every deprivation seem of little moment compared with the countless blessings I enjoy."

Helen Keller
