Visual guide. Good pictures, but very many reusing of them for my liking. Text is average but sometimes completly useless. Brought it just for visual reference in hardcopy, won't be good for anything else.

Good reference work for the layman

Out of all the weather/meteorology books I own that aren't college textbooks, this is the best I've seen out there. The images are simply beautiful and the information given within the book is easy enough for my 6 year old nephew to understand when I read it to him. I was able to get my copy for free via BookMooch, but it's certainly worth the $30 to get it if you have the money.
