Nick Totton is a therapist and trainer with over thirty years' experience. Originally a Reichian body therapist, his approach has become broad based and open to the spontaneous and unexpected. The author explains the nature of the mind-body problem, focusing on how psychoanalysis is distorted and limited by the concepts of "mind" and "body." He applies this to both theoretical and clinical topics and presents the possibility of a "bodymind-centered analysis."
