(Jane G.): I read this book. It isn't specifically about cohousing but about all forms of community building. It starts to get concrete by p 36. Chapter 8 (about online communities) is quite out of date and doesn't discuss safe online protocols. But Part 4, "the starter kit" has some good ideas - for how to discuss, decide, disagree, solve conflicts, etc. I especially liked the chapter on creating ritual (17). It gets a bit wifty towards the very end of the book, but overall, I recommend this book as a resource.
