My parents got this with their wok in the 70s, and somehow this book wound up in my kitchen. Is wokking still popular? We tend to use less oil than called for, and rarely follow these instructions to the letter.

This slim volume is charming and delightful as a compendium of lore around tea - Asian, British, etc. There are discussions of various types of tea, and recommendations for brewing the perfect cup or pot of tea, as well as suggestions for non-traditional varieties of tea. The tea cake recipes are not to be missed.
