This book was exactly what I needed! I wanted a sweet but sexy New Adult read and this one delivered!

Ari and Ben had great chemistry right from the start. I loved watching them interact and seeing their romance bloom. Things happen faster than I normally like, but I definitely saw how these two worked and why they liked each other so much. Their story was super addicting to read.

This was so close to being a 5 star read for me but the plot left a little to be desired at times. I felt like it was the same cycle of drama again and again--trust/communication issues. Which is fine and even understandable given the characters we have. But I just got a little tired of it repeating itself when it seemed like they had moved past it earlier on. Or maybe it was just my frustration at seeing them struggle when I really wanted them to be together forever--I'm not too sure.

Regardless, I still really, really enjoyed this story and I CANNOT WAIT to see what happens next!

To say I was eager to read this book is an understatement. Given the ending of [b:Say Something...|24632978|Say Something... (The Speak, #1)|T.A. Roth|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1424972939s/24632978.jpg|44245040], I NEEDED this book ASAP.

Watching Ari struggle with everything that is thrown her way was super tough. And watching Ben be oblivious to it all was even harder. Because I just love these two together.

The story here shifts to Ben and Ari as individuals, trying to find out what they want in life and how their relationship works into it. I appreciated how realistic these struggles were. The work-life balance emphasized here was great to see.

I will admit I was slightly disappointed in how rushed the ending felt. I really wanted what happened to be teased out a little more. There was great material to work with and it just didn't get played to its full advantage.
