I love the author's YouTube channel and am so glad she's got a cookbook out! It includes her usual gorgeous creations, clear instructions, and scientific explanations. Those explanations really differentiate this cookbook from others because they provide the necessary information for bakers to customize their own creations (or, if they're anything like me, to figure out where they went wrong in the process ^_^).

Only a few of the recipes seem "simple" or beginner, though as the author points out, many recipes have multiple components that can serve as individual desserts too.

For anyone who wants to step up their baking game or impress guests, this cookbook is a must.… (lisätietoja)
