There is a lot of material in this book. Since it is restricted to the Texas panhandle, there is room for pretty detailed coverage. There are only a few maps but there is are 43 pages of notes and a 14 page bibliography. That is then followed by an index, making the book a pretty good reference of Panhandle history..
