This book is about a little boy named William who goes to preschool for the first day but is afraid to let his mom leave. So she stays. Every day that week he is encourages to try something new. Tuesday he meets a new friend, David. On Friday, he and David want to go outside to play. William says See you later, mom and then she knows she can leave.
