Vicki Norris

I liked this better than a lot of organizing books I have read. I think it would be a great prelude to other books. It does not really get into a lot of nuts and bolts but it helps you think about your priorities and put things in perspective. There is also a greater emphasis on finding systems and developing the discipline to maintain your systems. Norris is clear that there are many causes of disorganization and that there are no quick fixes--but that it is possible to attain small victories to keep yourself motivated.

In other words, it is kind of "Your Money or Your Life" counterpart to many people's "Tightwad Gazette."
