Arnold Newman

Arnold Newman's work in the tropical rainforests of the world spans four decades and 42 countries. He has been an adviser on forest conservation to various governments and is founder of the International Society for the Preservation of the Tropical Rainforest, Africa Tomorrow (addressing näytä lisää sub-Saharan famine), the Cathedral Rain Forest Science Preserve in Costa Rica, and the Fossil Ridge Paleontological State Park in California. Newman is the author of The Lungs of Our Planet: The Tropical Rainforest (MIR Publishers, 1989).
