I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love tales of the historic Wild West and this did not disappoint. While presenting stories from the past it also connected them to the present. History is not just about what happened before, but about how it effects the present and the future. The book quickly covers stories of gunfighters, lawmen, rogues, treasure hunters, and showmen, among others. The book effectively ties these themes together into entertaining stories.
