This had a pretty good start. It was a fun take on the regular shifter story and the idea of true and fated mates. Alynna was a PI America named Alex and they had explosive an inexplicable chemistry. Thay encounter reveals that she is part Lycan. Not only that, she is the long lost sister of the NY Lycan Alpha. As she is thrust into a new and unfamiliar world, Alex is there as a bodyguard and doesn’t feel like he’s worthy of her. But the two can’t stay away from each other, no matter how much they try. Real feelings come out when her life is in danger.

Alynna and Alex had the chemistry. But I about lost patience with their on again off-again shenanigans. Things between them were complicated and Alex was at the top of my “cancelled” list more than once. But he always managed to be there for her. And it was cute to see them get their happily ever after… (lisätietoja)
