Sam Mogannam

Not bad, mostly focused on ingredients. It's not as through as a food guide, but it's not meant to be. Didn't get a chance to try too many recipes, but there were some good sounding ones. Not all hit the mark.

It did get a little preachy and repetitive. It felt like it was constantly saying "this is on of the most heavily sprayed crops"... I'd rather had seen that in a chart in the beginning and the assumption to buy organic and then notes for categories where for some reason organic wasn't the best or government standards were lacking for that crop.

Other than that pretty good. Nice writing style and obvious the author loves food.… (lisätietoja)
