Pretty helpful overall, although the shameless self-promotion by the author (McNab) of the "McNab Pressure Control System" is annoying. I liked the multimedia (book DVD) combination.
Some interesting concepts are presented here, well worth trying out on the hill, but why in cats' creation would you illustrate them with pictures of someone riding goofy-footed? It's already quite hard enough thank you very much!
