Good book about this history of the game of basketball. Wouldn't rate it higher since it isn't a book that has traits that I love (storytelling, character development).
Easy read- an oral history of basketball, a compendium of quotes from many many important players and coaches and fans of the game, about the history of basketball from the 1940s to the present, including college and including women's hoop.
